1. How do I book a ride?
You can book anytime using our online scheduling system. Just click “Book Your Ride” and choose the date and time that works best for you.
2. How far in advance should I schedule?
Same-day rides may be available, but booking 24 hours in advance guarantees your spot.
3. What areas do you serve?
We operate throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, NJ and offer long-distance and airport rides to BWI, JFK, LGA, EWR, and other destinations by request.
4. Do you offer round-trip service?
Yes. Round-trip rides are available, and you can choose to have us wait for you or return at a scheduled pickup time.
5. How do I get a quote for long-distance or special events?
Just contact us through the Contact page or send a text/call to 215-828-4301. We’ll provide a fast personalized quote.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee depending on distance.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payment options. Receipts are available for expense reports.
8. Is your service safe?
